Introducing our 25 Most Admired Phoenix CEOs for 2012

April 6, 2012

There are some heavy hitters in our business community -- some you might know, and others you might not. They are making a big difference in their businesses and in Phoenix, and it's time you got to meet them. So we are shining the light this year on another stellar group of Most Admired CEOs and top-level executives.

These 25 outstanding company leaders represent a mix of familiar names, including Michael Pollack of Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments, and lesser-known leaders, such as Expect More Arizona's Pearl Chang Esau and Hamid Shojaee of Axosoft LLC. See all the honorees by clicking the image to the right.

Each has what it takes to overcome obstacles and keep their businesses successful, even in these sluggish economic times. That's why the Phoenix Business Journal is honoring them in a special section to be published April 13.

This year, we also will honor Barbara Barrett, interim president-designate of Thunderbird School of Global Management, with the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award for her commitment to Arizona. She joins the ranks of past winners including business and community leaders Jerry Colangelo, J. Doug Pruitt, Bill Post, Dick Silverman and Roy Vallee.

The Business Journal will continue to chronicle the successes of our community's leaders each week in print and every day online, but we wanted to slow the hectic pace long enough to celebrate these accomplished individuals properly.
