Ryley Carlock & Applewhite Welcomes Phi-Hang Tran to the Firm

Ryley Carlock & Applewhite is pleased to announce that Phi-Hang Tran has joined the firm as Director of eDiscovery for the Document Control Group (DCG). She is based in the firm’s Denver office. 

Before joining the firm, Phi practiced law for more than 10 years for mid-size and boutique litigation firms in Texas in the areas of commercial litigation, oil and gas, medical malpractice, and insurance defense. Phi transitioned to legal technology and has consulted for AMLaw 200 firms and Fortune 500 corporations for the last eight years. As a former litigation attorney, Phi  draws from her background in litigation, eDiscovery consulting, technology and data privacy, project management, and her managed attorney review experience to help clients develop and implement best practices and defensible cost-effective solutions for their litigation discovery and eDiscovery needs. 

Phi is the current Denver Chapter Director of Women in eDiscovery (WIE) and is actively involved in both local and state bar associations in Colorado and Texas. She is a frequent speaker on eDiscovery and related topics at professional legal organizations and industry conferences around the country.

Phi earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston.
