Biography

Rob is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. He assists senior litigators with a wide variety of litigation matters.

While in law school at Arizona State University, Rob actively participated on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. He traveled to San Diego, Mexico, Vienna, Austria and Hong Kong for preliminary and final competitions; in Hong Kong, Rob finished 7th overall in individual speaker scores and his team finished as the Top Team in North America. A Pedrick Scholar, Rob served as a Research Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and was a Teaching Assistant for Legal Method & Writing and Legal Advocacy courses.

Born and raised in Canada, Rob worked as a border guard for the Canada Border Services Agency while pursuing his undergraduate degree in International Business. He also volunteered extensively with Experiences Canada; to help ultimately secure $9 million in government funding for the organization, Rob often lobbied members of Parliament, including Justin Trudeau before he became Prime Minister.

Rob coaches ice hockey with Desert Youth Hockey, an independent nonprofit, and Little Howlers, a program affiliated with the Arizona Coyotes as part of the National Hockey League’s ‘Learn-to-Play’ initiative. Having grown up around the sport, Rob has been coaching and refereeing hockey for more than a decade.
