Shareholder Benefits & Compensation
Ryley Carlock & Applewhite believes in providing excellent benefits to all our employees. Below is a brief snapshot of the benefits you'll enjoy as a shareholder at RCA.
Detailed summaries of our programs and plan documents are available through our Executive Director. The language of the actual plan documents takes precedence over benefit summaries.
Shareholder compensation is merit-based. Bonuses are an important part of the compensation structure and are determined annually by the firm's Compensation Committee. The Committee relies on evaluations submitted by shareholders to make salary determinations. Our salary levels are competitive with other firms in the Phoenix and Denver markets.
"I joined Ryley Carlock & Applewhite in 1964, upon graduation from law school. Through the years, I have remained impressed with the integrity and intellect of the firm's attorneys, with their exceptional commitment and dedication to client service and satisfaction and the quality practice of law, all while making the firm an open, congenial and enjoyable place to work."
