Phoenix, Ariz.- Rodolfo (Rudy) Parga, Jr. has become Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. Parga, who also serves as Managing Shareholder at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite, had previously served as Vice Chair of the organization.

Rudy is the Managing Shareholder of Ryley Carlock & Applewhite, and Chairs the firm's Executive Committee, Diversity Committee and Lateral Hiring Committee.
